UI UX design agency for websites and apps
For product owners and marketing teams whose website, platform or app is harder to use than it should be. As a UI UX design agency, we study how people actually use your product, then design interfaces that make the important tasks simple.
What our UI/UX design covers
UX audit
An expert review of your current site or app that pinpoints where users struggle and why.
User research
Interviews, analytics review and task analysis to understand real behaviour, not assumptions.
Information architecture
Navigation and content structure that match how users think about your offer.
Wireframes and prototypes
Clickable prototypes that let you test flows before anything is built.
UI design and design systems
Consistent components, typography and states that developers can implement accurately.
Usability testing
Sessions with real users to confirm the design works, then refinement based on what we see.
UX is decided by evidence, not taste
UI and UX are often used as one word, but they solve different problems. UX is about whether people can complete a task: find a product, book a slot, submit a claim. UI is how each screen looks and responds. A beautiful interface on a confusing flow still fails, which is why we fix the structure and journey before polishing visuals.
The most expensive UX mistakes are discovered after development, when changing a flow means rewriting code. Prototypes and short usability sessions catch most of those problems while they are still cheap to fix. Watching a handful of real users attempt a task tends to settle internal debates faster than any meeting. It also gives the team shared evidence, so design decisions stop being a matter of whose opinion carries more weight in the room.
Regional products add their own layer. Right-to-left interfaces change how people scan a page, forms need to accept Arabic names and local phone formats, and bilingual users may switch language mid-task. We design and test for these behaviours directly instead of assuming an English layout simply mirrors well. Small details like number formats, date pickers and the direction of arrows quickly reveal whether a product was designed for the region or merely translated for it.
How we run UI/UX projects
Research
We review analytics, talk to users and stakeholders, and map the key tasks people come to complete.
Structure
We define the information architecture and user flows, and sketch wireframes for the critical paths.
Prototype and test
We build clickable prototypes and test them with real users, then refine.
Design and hand off
We produce final UI and a component library, then support developers through implementation.
Why choose Besiders for UI/UX design

We design and test Arabic, English and French interfaces as equals.
Tied to business goals
We measure UX improvements by completed tasks, enquiries and sales, using GA4 and conversion tracking.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between UI and UX design?
UX design shapes how a product works: the structure, flows and steps a user takes to complete a task. UI design shapes how it looks and feels: layout, typography, colour and interactive elements. Both are needed, and UX should come first.
What does a UI UX design agency deliver?
Typically research findings, user flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes, final screen designs and a design system or component library. The exact deliverables depend on whether you are building something new or improving an existing product.
What is a UX audit?
A UX audit is an expert review of your website or app against usability principles and your analytics data. It identifies where users struggle and gives prioritised recommendations you can act on.
Can you redesign the UX of an existing app or platform?
Yes. We start with an audit and research to understand current problems, then redesign the flows that matter most, so improvements can be rolled out without rebuilding everything at once.
Do you only design, or also build?
We do both. You can hire us for UI/UX design alone and hand off to your developers, or have our in-house team design and build the product.
