Web Design and Development·Besiders, since 2002
A web design and development company built for results
Besiders is a web design and development company in Lebanon working with brands across the GCC and the Middle East. We plan, design and build websites, online stores and mobile apps in Arabic, English and French, with one team responsible from the first sketch to launch and beyond.

Why a website is a business system, not a brochure

Most website projects go wrong before design starts. The brief lists pages and features but not the outcome the site must produce, so nobody can judge whether a decision helps or hurts. We start with the commercial goal: enquiries, sales, bookings or support requests. That goal shapes the structure, the content, the calls to action and the tracking, and it gives everyone a fair way to settle debates about colours and menus.
The second common mistake is treating design and development as separate jobs handed between suppliers. Each handover loses context, and the final site rarely matches the approved designs. Because our own team designs and builds every project, the people who planned the user journey are the same people who make it work in the browser, test it on real devices and fix it when something breaks.
Finally, a website is never finished at launch. Search visibility, page speed, security updates and content all need regular attention. We build with that in mind: tidy code, a CMS your team can actually use, GA4 and conversion tracking from day one, and documentation so you are never locked in to us. The aim is a site that keeps earning its place in your budget.
How we run a web project
Discover
We agree the business goal, audiences, content and technical constraints, and turn them into a written scope.
Design
We map the structure, then design key pages and user flows for review before development begins.
Build
We develop, integrate and test across browsers, devices and languages, with tracking set up properly.
Launch and improve
We launch carefully, monitor performance and keep improving the site against real enquiry and sales data.
Why work with Besiders
In-house since 2002
Our own team has been designing and developing websites and apps since 2002, with no outsourced handovers.
Direct access
You talk directly to the people designing and building your site, not to a chain of account managers.
Measured on outcomes
We judge success by enquiries and revenue, and we set up the tracking to prove it.
Frequently asked questions
What does a web design and development company do?
It plans, designs and builds your website or app, then helps you run and improve it. A good one also handles hosting, security, tracking and search readiness, so the site works as a business tool rather than just looking good.
How much does a website cost in Lebanon?
It depends on the number of templates, languages, integrations and the amount of custom functionality. We give a fixed quote after a scoping conversation, so you know exactly what is included before work starts.
Do you build bilingual Arabic and English websites?
Yes. We build Arabic, English and French sites with proper right-to-left layouts, separate language URLs and the technical setup search engines need to index each version.
Which platforms do you use?
We choose the platform to fit the project: a content management system for content-led sites, custom code for bespoke platforms, and a store platform such as Shopify or WooCommerce for online stores. We recommend after understanding your needs, not before.
Do you work with clients outside Lebanon?
Yes. We work with brands across the GCC, the Middle East and global markets, and run projects remotely with regular calls and shared progress updates.
